Dear Parents,
The children are doing great! They are adjusting very well to school. They are great listeners and love to learn, sing and dance. We are getting just to the routine of following school rules.

This month we are starting with the shape circle, the color red, the number one and the letters A and B. We will also be discussing the season of Fall. We've been looking at our snacks for things that go with these things, such as Strawberries, Apples and Cherries, etc. Circle snacks such as Cookies, Cucumbers and Grapes. Please try to send in a snack that go with these themes. The children really enjoy looking for items to share with their friends.

Just a few reminders:
Please check your folders every night and empty them (the work they do is for you to enjoy at home).

The Family Envelope will go home every Wednesday. Please empty it and send it back to school on Thursday.

Specials for our class are Monday - Gym, Tuesday - Art, Wednesday - Music.

Each child should have all their supplies in school by now-the change of clothes is for emergencies only send play clothes NOT the school uniform.

The sleeping bags will be sent home every other Friday please wash it and send it back on Monday.

"My Favorite Bucket" will be sent home each week with one child. The children really enjoyed looking at the pictures, hearing the stories and sharing·the snacks.

LABEL LABEL LABEL! cannot say this enough. The children do not know what sweater or jacket belongs to them. Now that the weather is getting colder we will have hats, sweaters, jackets, etc. Please make sure that a name is on the tag with a permanent marker.
