Grades 1-8 Application Procedure
Applications for Grades 1-8 should be submitted as soon as possible. Applications for these grades must include a copy of the student’s academic records. An interview with parents and the student may be required. Notification of acceptance will begin in mid-March after re-registration of present students.

Registration materials include:
Child’s birth certificate
Child’s immunization record
Child’s baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
$200.00 Registration fee (non-refundable)
SMART Tuition Enrollment Form The names of those children who are not accepted initially will be placed on the waiting list and will be notified if a spot becomes available.
